For this shot, I filmed my friends talking from an angle that you can see both of their side profiles.

I also made sure it you were able to see the torso and up of each person, so you can see their body language. I made it a Two-Shot so you can see the relationship between the two people.

Description: Over The Shoulder, Midshot

For this shot, I kept the two people talking, except I made it so that you can only see one of their facial reactions. I also kept it as a Mid-Shot, so you can still see the one persons body language. Since the shot is over the shoulder, it feels as if you are watching over the other persons shoulder.

For this shot, I wanted to focus on an object instead of a person. I made the video a close up so you could see the details of the plant.

I made this shot a follow shot so you could see the scenery the person is walking towards. Since its a follow shot, it looks as if you are following the person throughout the garden.

 Hello! My name is Amaya Beauvoir and I am a 10th grader taking Aice Media Studies. I enjoy hanging out with my friends, reading, watching movies and TV, and listening to music. My favorite TV show is Gilmore Girls, and my favorite movies are The Hunger Games and To All The Boys I Loved Before, and La La Land. I have on little brother, who is 4 years old currently. I also have one golden retriever who is 2 years old. I also enjoy traveling, although I do not do it a lot. My favorite place I have traveled to is Canada, as I have family there and I love seeing them. I traveled there this past June to go to a family reunion, however I enjoy going there in the Winter more, as it snows. 

I chose to take Aice Media studies because I enjoy watching media. I spend alot of time on social media apps such as Instagram and Tiktok. I also know that media is a big part of my daily life, and everyone else's, too. So, learning to understand media will be very beneficial for me. Media literacy is also a skill needed in life, and I believe that this class will help me become informed when consuming media in any way. Also, with this class i get to focus on creativity, compared to my other classes where it is less creative.
